Warham

Warham is about 5km inland from the North Norfolk coast, and as such escapes the worst of the crowds – while still putting famous destinations such as Blakeney, Wells-next-the-Sea, Holkham and even Norwich within easy reach. A holiday cottage in Warham offers the perfect base for exploring.

Visitors will almost certainly want to try out the village pub, the Three Horseshoes, which has been serving the village since 1725, and investigate the village’s two large churches – St.Mary’s and All Saints – that date from when the village was comprised of two parishes.

Further afield there are seal trips from Blakeney Point, sailing from Morston, and a day spent at nearby Holkham Hall offers something for all the family with a magnificent house and grounds, walled garden, adventure playground, farm trail and bike hire. A family-friendly cottage in Warham will offer plenty of diversions for all.
