Two miles from the hustle and bustle of Swanage, our holiday cottages in Langton Matravers allow you to enjoy the beauty of the Jurassic coast at a slower pace.
With plenty of pet-friendly Langton Matravers holiday cottages on our books and lots of beautiful walks in the area it would only be right to bring your four-legged friend along for the trip. Pull on the walking boots and head coastwards from the Spyway National Trust carpark which will take you to Dancing Ledge, where you can take a dip in the cool waters of the rock-cut ‘swimming pool’. Keep your eyes peeled for puffins, guillemots and shags. Either circle back to Langton Matravers or take the South West Coast Path east to Swanage or west to Worth Matravers.
No short break in Langton Matravers would be complete without a visit to Corfe Castle, a few miles to the north. Not only will you find the ruined castle, but the town is home to an array of independent shops, pubs, restaurants and two free museums.
