St. Breward

Located on the edge of Bodmin Moor, St Breward is the highest village in Cornwall; so your St Breward holiday cottage is sure to have stunning views of the Moor and surrounding countryside. Nearby are two of the county’s most famous landmarks – Rough Tor and Brown Willy – standing at 1300 and 1360 feet respectively, and the highest points in Cornwall. A climb will be rewarded with more breathtaking views that stretch from coast to coast.

The local granite industry has supplied the materials for most of the local houses here, including many that are now holiday homes. The same stone was also used to make Tower Bridge, in London.

St Breward is the inland start of the Camel Trail, an 18 mile disused railway line that is a haven for cyclists, and links the village with Bodmin, Wadebridge and Padstow. Choose your St Breward holiday home from home, jump on your bike and head to the coast!
