Who are they?

We are a family-owned, local agency which started over 40 years ago with more than 350 properties in North Devon and Exmoor. We let properties from very cute traditional Devonian country cottages through to ultra modern beachside apartments. Our aim is to find you the perfect property – whether it’s a bijoux place for two with a hot tub or a large house with its own swimming pool overlooking the sea. Our team can answer any questions you may have and take pride in helping you have the holiday of a lifetime.

What areas do they cover?

With over 350 properties, we can provide you with accommodation in many of North Devon and Exmoor’s many top destinations including Saunton Sands, Woolacombe, Putsborough, Lynton and Lynmouth, Croyde, Instow, Westward Ho! and Ilfracombe. Many of our cottages accept dogs, so your four legged friend can come away with you too. Some are close to all the restaurants and bars, others are tucked away in a peaceful paradise.

We personally inspect each of our properties to make sure they reach our high standards and in addition all our cottages – and we as an agency – are inspected under the Visit England quality scheme. Most of our properties are graded as 3, 4 and 5 stars, and some go that extra mile to be awarded a special Visit England “Welcome” accolade. The choice is yours, and there’s plenty of it.
