Derbyshire Country Cottages are proud to offer a fabulous selection of holiday cottages at very sensible prices. Our straightforward approach – what you see advertised is exactly what you get – is appreciated by lots of our holidaymakers who have been coming back to us year after year.

Our family run agency has been arranging cottage holidays for over 22 years from our base in Matlock in the midst of Derbyshire. All our staff love the Peak District and surrounding countryside and know every one of our cottages extremely well.

What areas do they cover?

The Peak District is a fantastic holiday destination with its magnificent scenery, dramatic grit stone edges, sparking rivers, picturesque villages, historic houses, attractive market towns and lots of holiday attractions to fill every day of your holiday.

With around 100 carefully selected holiday cottages dotted across the Peaks we have something to meet every holidaymaker’s requirements. Lots of the cottages are available for short breaks, many have glowing log burning stoves, some welcome pets, the village pub is usually close by and there are great walks right from the cottage door!

Some cottages provide the height of luxury while others are more basic but all are annually inspected by our dedicated staff, meet our strict standards of decoration, furnishing and cleanliness and offer real value for money.
